Where the Choice Starts

How Do You Choose a Profession
When the Market Is Changing?

Parents worry about more than making the wrong choice. They want to understand which professions AI will change, which skills will become essential and where a chosen university can lead.

A Wrong Choice

It is unclear whether the chosen profession suits the child.

The Future Job Market

It is unclear how professions will change in 5–10 years.

The Impact of AI

Which tasks and roles will change, and which skills will be needed.

University and the Next Steps

How to connect education with future work.

How We Work

From Interests
to an Informed Choice.

We consider how AI is changing the professions under consideration. The child and parents receive one coherent path instead of disconnected recommendations.

  1. 01

    Explore Interests and Abilities

We carry out an assessment using our own methodology.

  2. 02

    Research Possible Paths

Compare 3–5 professions, the impact of AI, skills, universities and companies.

  3. 03

Discuss the Path with the Family

Review the completed roadmap with the teenager and parents, and agree on the next actions.

What You Receive

The Impact of AI

How the selected professions will change.

Skills and Projects

What to develop and try in practice.

Suitable Universities

Options for the next educational step.

Future Employers

Where the chosen path could lead to work.

Before We Start

What You Need
to Know Before Starting.

A profile of interests and abilities, 3–5 professions, the impact of AI, the necessary skills and projects, suitable universities and companies.

What happens after the roadmap is developed?

You can follow it independently or add separate support: regular reviews and adjustments to your next steps.

What exactly takes place in a group?

Only the assessment using our own methodology. Profile analysis, roadmap development and the final review are individual. The minimum group size is 5.
